'Gorgeous Galanthus' 2008  Calendar

The 2008 ‘Gorgeous Galanthus' is the fifth edition of this new calendar published exclusively for snowdrop lovers. This hand-made, A5 Desk Calendar contains 13 stunning, full colour, fine art quality photographs of your favourite flowers by gardening photographer,  Michael  Edwards.

   

Once we again depict some of the best and most evocative of the genus, from collections around the country, including such superb varieties as: 'Good Green' & 'Selborn Green-tips' (illustrated) 'The Pearl' and 'Miss Adventure'. The cover sports an evocative scene at Painswick Rococo gardens in Gloucestershire, which is also illustrated inside on  the February page. The November and December pages are illustrated here along with the cover.

The blue comb-bound calendar is printed on a special glare-free surface
which enables the photographs to be viewed at whatever angle you choose to display them and under whatever lighting conditions, without the images being degraded by reflection. The cover is a stiff, glossy board, whilst the back page is rigid, matt board.

 The 2008 edition will be published on Friday, 31st August 2007. Order early to avoid disappointment like many late buyers last year. To be fair, calendars are provided on a first come basis. The maximum number of calendars that can be ordered by any single individual is 10.The cost is £6 50  plus just 60 pence postage and packing in the UK.
