This snowdrop has broad dark green splayed leaves. The flowers have a broad
 square-topped horse shoe mark. Not very tolerant of prolonged cold spells. I grow mine on the southern side of a magnolia shrub in relatively dry conditions. This snowdrop will readily spread about the garden by self seeding.
